LEGAL TERMS OF THE JULY 2024 GALAXY KAYAKS "REEF K1 KAYAK" RAFFLE
Raffle organiser:
- Organising company: Galaxy Kayaks
Conditions of participation:
- All individuals over 18 years old residing in Spain can participate.
- Participants must follow the Galaxy Kayaks Facebook account https://www.facebook.com/GalaxyKayaks
Scope and duration:
- The raffle will be conducted on Facebook.
- The entry period will start on 29th July at 00:00 and end on 15th August at 00:00.
Raffle mechanics:
- Participants must follow the Galaxy Kayaks account (https://www.facebook.com/GalaxyKayaks/) on Facebook.
- On Facebook, they must like the raffle post, mention two friends in the comments, and follow the Galaxy Kayaks account.
- Share the post on their social media with the hashtag #SorteoGalaxyKayaksReefK1.
Winner selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who meet the requirements.
- The winner selection will take place within 24-48 hours after the entry period ends.
- Five alternates will also be chosen in case the winner does not comply with the terms or does not accept the prize.
Winner communication:
- Galaxy Kayaks will contact the winner from 16th August to confirm the prize.
- ⚠️ BEWARE OF FAKE ACCOUNTS: We will not ask for any bank details, email, or send a link to confirm the delivery.
- The winner must provide the necessary personal details for prize delivery.
- If the winner does not respond within 72 hours or rejects the prize, they will lose their status as the winner, and an alternate will be named.
Prize:
- The prize consists of a Reef K1 kayak. The value of the prize is 379 euros.
Personal data processing:
- Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with current data protection regulations.
- The data will only be used to manage participation in the raffle.
Other considerations:
- Galaxy Kayaks is not responsible for errors, interruptions, defects, delays in operations or transmissions, theft, destruction, unauthorised access, or alterations of the raffle entry materials.
- Galaxy Kayaks reserves the right to modify the terms of this raffle at any time, including possible cancellation before the participation deadline, provided there are justified reasons. It commits to communicate the new terms or the definitive cancellation of the raffle, as applicable.
- Additionally, Galaxy Kayaks reserves the right to reject the participation of anyone who does not comply with the raffle terms and to take legal action against anyone who engages in any act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the raffle.
