This battery charger is for for batteries of 12V - 7AH. The ideal charger for our fish finder batteries. When the battery empries you need to connect it to the charger and plug that into an electric port for a few hours until it fully charges. The amount of time the battery lasts depends on the amount of energy that is used by the item connected to it. A larger item uses more energy and therefore means you need to charge it up more often.
